The custom process includes trying on a wax model!
My client trying on her wax model with the gems in place. When approved we pull out the stones and 'cast' the wax model in metal. Once the model is metal, we polish it, set the gems … our eyes aided by a microscope to make sure everything is perfect, and then do a final polish and inspection.
