“Wow! It’s really difficult to do a testimonial for Karen because there is so much to say – after all, I’ve known Karen since 1995! Most of the professional work Karen has done for me is in designing unique jewelry pieces. (And, although she doesn’t know this yet, I want to commission her to do a painting ….) Those experiences were so much fun! Working with Karen is an interactive experience, and I love that! In fact, I need that when I’m working with an artist who is preparing something for me. Karen embraced my ideas for the pieces she created and integrated my ideas with hers (which were so much better, of course). And, in the process, I had a blast! Karen, in addition to being very warm and generous with her creative time, is also very smart and funny. So, another thing that has stayed with me is how much fun I had working with her to create the pieces I wanted. And, frankly, that’s part of the reason I keep going back to her – in addition to her incredible “think of your feet” creativity – it’s so much fun to work with her! Now that she is painting also – and I love her style – I’m looking forward to many more sessions with Karen.
